Good quality Liposome vitamin C can replace IV. My “normal” routine is Liposome C – every morning and some more C throughout the day, depending on how I feel. In addition, as an added benefit i take a multivitamin with minerals, vitamin D, B12, and CoQ10 with good probiotic to boost the immune system, I take 1 – 2 teaspoons of liposomal C (every hour ) for increased absorption into my cells.
