What is the shopping process on Looking Vibrant?
Shopping for nutritional supplements has become easy with Looking Vibrant. You only have to select your products, add them to your shopping cart, and give your account details. You can spare a couple of minutes to create an auto shipping account on our website and save up to 15%-20%. (You can choose once a month, Once every two months, and once every 3 month autoship delivery with Min purchase starts at $199) Your order will be at your doorstep in a few days.
Which ingredients make our supplements?
We steer away from using an animal-based ingredient. All our supplements are 100 percent vegetarian (With the exception to Salmon oil, WILD COD LIVER OIL-999, Complete Structural Renewal-X3, and Joint Flex Nourish) with a third party testing.
What flavoring do you use?
We use natural plant extracts made in the USA for our flavors
Should we be concerned that the flavors are being delivered with the liposomes?
No, the flavoring is done after the liposomes are already formed. If you let the bottle sit for a long period of time, the flavor may even separate a little; this shows that while the flavors disperse well in the bottle, they are separate from the liposomes. After all, you are interested in the active being liposomal, not the flavor.

What are the liposomal products?
“Liposome” is made up of two Greek words; “lipo” meaning fat and “soma” meaning body. Liposomes are small, microscopic fat-soluble substances in the blood that carry nutrients to different cells of the body. These double layer of fatty substances imitate the phospholipid bilayer of cell membranes.
Liposomal products are essentially liposome-rich supplements that can cross digestive barriers and pump nutrients directly into the bloodstream. Liposomal products include:

Liposomal supplements are far superior to intrusive and painful IV vitamins, which also prove highly expensive but we do our best to keep it at the lowest price possible. They also have a higher rate of absorption compared to any supplement delivery methods, thereby making the procedure more effective.
Will the flavoring coupled with liposomal cause any kind of harm?
You don’t have to be concerned about this because we add flavors only after the formation of liposomes. On letting the bottle sit for some time, you will see the flavor separate from the liposomes, indicating both are different substances.
Where do we make our supplements?
We manufacture our liposomal supplements in the USA by adhering to strict Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)/FDA Approved facilities in the country. The purity and quality of our product are testified by third-party testers.
Can these supplements and food be taken together?
Most of our supplements are based on whole foods, and they don’t upset your tummy. If at all you have a sensitive stomach, you can take them with food. Our supplements can help you get rid of discomfort and absorption problems. Trust us.
Can you use more than one supplement at a time?
Yes, you can use more than one liposomal supplement at a time without worrying about harmful side effects. Our products are created in such a way that they work hand-in-hand with other supplements to promote your health and wellbeing. You should, however, consult a physician if you're using any medications or have any health problems for knowing the right frequency.
Can these supplements be taken during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or with prescription drugs?
Although most of our supplements are made from whole-food, non-GMO, and organic ingredients, pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their physician before taking any supplements. The same goes for people who are taking prescription drugs.
Are these supplements good for children?
Our supplements are formulated for adults. So, you should consult your physician before giving them to children.
What to do if you get a damaged product?
We are always careful while packing our products, but sadly, damage may occur during shipment. DO NOT USE the product if you find any damages; for example, a crumpled bottle or a broken seal. Drop us an email immediately at contact@LookingVibrant.com and add damaged product images if possible. You might have to keep the products at your position for up to eight days after reporting products damaged which the mail carrier will come and collect the item for further investigation.
(Must report any product damages within seven days after delivery)
NOTE : ANY AUTO-SHIP / RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION ORDER CHANGES/REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY EMAIL REQUESTS MIN AT 10 DAYS IN ADVANCE BEFORE YOUR NEXT AUTO-SHIP DELIVERY.
Which products can be returned?
If you aren’t satisfied with the product, for any reason, simply return the products within 30 days from purchase date for a full refund of your purchase price (Minus Shipping & Handling). This Guarantees any number of sealed bottles in re-sellable condition (without any damages to the bottles and with Unbroken seal and Unopened bottles).
Clients are responsible for 100% of the shipping cost back to our fulfillment center. (Credit / Refund will be issued only after receiving the product and completing the inspection report within 10 days.)
Products must be returned to our fulfillment center within 30 days from the time you've placed your order. You'll be charged 15% for the fulfillment center services / create an inspection report. No credit or refund will be issued for merchandise kept more than 30 days from the date of invoice.
All returns must be packaged securely and include paperwork (invoice number and a complete list of contents with the reason for return).
(By the way, even though we require an inspection report for all returned products, we still dispose of all return products for safety reasons.)

What is the mode of payment?
We use PayPal Pro and Braintree that accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover debit and credit cards through a secure payment system. We don’t have to access your credit card information, thereby ensuring that your bank account is safe.
How to use referral codes?
You can use referral codes at the time of payment. You only have to enter the code in the box while making the payment online to get the discount on your purchase.

We are currently shipping our products to the US and Canada.
What is the expected shipment fee, and delivery time?
Shipping Policy
LookingVibrant ships all its products over $100 without any shipping charges. It also ships orders above $150 for free to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii.
The delivery charges on other products may differ depending on the UPS fee at the time of checking out. You can expect your order to be shipped within twenty-four and forty-eight working hours and delivered within five working days after placing the order.
